- You are in your third year of your education in Communication / International Business / Facility Management / Human Resources

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

As an intern you can experience what it is like to work for IKEA, a company where you can bring your full self at work and make a difference by what you do. You will be a part of Talent Development Department of IKEA Netherlands. The department is responsible for Employer branding, talent acquisition, leadership, competence and succession. Together we will organize yearly country event, called “Talent focus week of IKEA Netherlands!”. You will have a big role to play as a head coordinator/organizer.

Talent focus week is a yearly event for all IKEA co-workers across the globe. Together with different stakeholders in the Netherlands we will choose topics and plan trainings, online conferences, quizzes, contests and many other fun activities around professional and personal development.

There is a big library of activities, however your ideas and creativity are welcome. Your opinion matters!

WHAT ELSE IS IMPORTANT

When you start working for us in this role, you can expect the following from us:
- An internship from September 2021 for a period of 7 months for 4 to 5 days a week

- A gross internship allowance per month for a full internship week of € 340
