To be successful in the role, we see:•You have either a commercial eduaction with proven experience in above mentioned areas incl. experience in co-operation with works-council, alternatively university degree in labour law.
•You have a sound understanding and experience in personal administration (e.g. time registration systems) and office related processes.
•You are used to deal with complex issues and can present the solutions to your speaking partners in a simple and understandable way.
•You are an open-minded and team oriented person with the right instinct in dealing with colleagues, managers and employees.
•An independent, organised and structured way of working is one of your strengths.
•Working in an international environment based in Germany, fluent in English in German, both written and verbal, is required


In this role you will support the Management in the various tasks to organize and operate the company as part of the global Procurement organization in a compliant way. In your work you will be supported by various functions that are providing services and you will utilize them considering the specific needs of Ingka Procurement GmbH. To mention some responsibilities more in detail, you will:•Support to Management in all individual and mainly collective labour law questions
•Support to Management in being the first contact for works-council in the day-to-day operations
•Support to Management in negotiations, implementation and review of company agreements with works-council
•Co-ordinate and support further development with the services provided by other functions of Ingka Group in Germany (Country P&C, Local IT, Data Privacy Officer, Health & Safety advisors, Accounting & Reporting)
•Co-ordinate and support further development required by a health & safety organization
•Organize, manage and develop office related tasks and contracts (lease agreement, office services providers, handling letters/parcels etc, inventory lists, pool car administration, etc.)
