WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• Delivers efficient and timely sales & lease contracts and other relevant document preparation and signing process in thorough compliance with relevant standards and procedures • Owns and manages protocol of disagreement process coordination with tenants and other relevant stakeholders • Provide support to sales & leasing teams and MPs in regards to administration part of sales & leasing process • Together with Sales & Leasing Administration Team Leader analyses administration part of sales & leasing process to improve process efficiency, minimise gaps and proactively provides relevant inputs to Sales & Leasing Administration Team Leader and Sales & Leasing Administration Manager to improve the process • Ensures timely update of relevant databases to have correct and latest data available • Ensures all required documentation is accurately stored and organized and can be promptly provided upon request • Collaborates with relevant stakeholders in MP, Domains, centres of expertise and other stakeholders to be able to get any needed relevant information required for reports, meetings or presentations related to sales & lease administration • Prepares lease administration relevant materials, presentations and documentation requested by your Domain co-workers in a thorough and well-organized manner to ensure the data presented or reported appears in a structured, clear and professional way.
