Job description

The Business Intelligence Manager will be responsible for automation of key reports whilst building a robust BI solution that supports our organizational needs. They empower co-workers to perform to the best of their abilities and to continuously develop in their business assignment.

  • Develop and prepare strategies for Business Intelligence processes for the organization.
  • Perform analysis on organizational processes and provide appropriate results.
  • Prepare architecture for data, strategies and business object solutions as per requirements.
  • Supervise efficient working of all Business Intelligence projects and analyze requirements.
  • Manage and customize all ETL processes as per organizational requirements.
  • Analyze all complex data and identify requirements for business enhancement.
  • Perform assessment on all reporting requirements and develop long term strategy for various reporting solutions.
  • Maintain and transform all strategies in operational plans according to business priorities and within budget.
  • Coordinate with data generator and ensure compliance to all enterprise data models.
  • Provide support to all business resources and monitor all requirements for various value added service.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university in the fields of business, computer science, information technology, or other quantitative discipline;
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in business management. Yield management a plus
  • Experience in functional design of BI and analytics solutions
  • Able to lead a team of analysts in making decisions utilizing both quantitative data and qualitative knowledge
  • Comprehensive understanding of relational database design principles
  • Leadership skills
  • Decision-making, problem-solving, analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting, etc.)
