At Digital Expansion we lead, develop, and implement the digital vision and strategy for the establishment of new physical Customer Meeting Points and Fulfilment units, in both new and existing markets. We work in close collaboration with other teams and functions across both INGKA and INTER to ensure successful deployment of new units, aligned with the INGKA Expansion strategy.

To be successful in this role we believe that you have the following skills:

• Extensive knowledge of the product management role including all financial aspects and knowing best practices in building agile and outcome-oriented ways of working.

• Thorough knowledge in how to create a successful product strategy and how to story tell to gain buy in and trust with a variety of key stakeholders.

• Deep knowledge in how to enable entrepreneurship while working with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.


• You will plan and organize the assigned Digital Expansion products and manage all aspects, including defining and communicating a tangible vision, of the assigned product(s), and follow up on metrics.

• You are responsible for prioritization and execution of the backlog to ensure maximized customer value in our new establishments of IKEA Customer Meeting Points and/or Fulfilment Units.

• You will need to secure that key stakeholder are involved to ensure successful collaboration and deliveries, of all digital components across INGKA to enable expansion plans in a cost-efficient and simple way, that meets the expectations from the markets.

• You will have people responsibility and lead, coach, develop and manage the team, promoting individual growth and mentorship to enable a high performing team, with an agile and product mindset.


We’re a team of approximately 20 persons that lead and work with the expansion agenda within Group Digital. We’ve started our journey to become a product-oriented organization where we want to implement an agile mindset in everything we do, and we need your help to lead in this journey. We’re based in the south of Sweden, but a healthy dose of remote work is positive.
