Job description


• Strong PC skills, knowledge of office software (MS Word, Excel, Share Point)
• Analytical, methodical, well structured
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Good time management
• Self-driven, proactive, result oriented
• Good English skills (Pre-intermediate level)
• Experience in the legal matter related to purchasing of goods and services
• Background in procurement or similar positions including working with contracts
• Ability to lead business with a holistic view


• Build professional and long-term relationships with current suppliers
• Search for new suppliers and conduct market analysis
• Creating and archiving tender documentation
• Organization of sale process of used warehouse equipment
• Holding of negotiations and regular meetings with suppliers
• Professionally challenge suppliers to constantly improve all aspects of supplier performance
• Preparation of contract documentation
• Claims settlement in case of damage of IKEA property
• Coordination of local service companies
• Secure compliance of Russian legislation, IWAY, internal Company’s policies, rules and manuals of all service companies
• Secure the continuous improvement of standardization, consolidation and procurement compliance
• Support management team in administrative matters
• Handling administrative tasks, distribution of stationery, work with correspondence, various documents, tables, reports, presentations, etc., following needs of company
• Comprehensive assistance and overall support in miscellaneous tasks of company
