It supports presenting, selling and handling of the IKEA product range, strengthens the IKEA Brand and helps visitors enjoy the full IKEA experience.
PURPOSE OF FUNCTION
The assignment of Market is to improve and develop the Home Furnishing Suppliers purchase of components.
-Secure and develop the IKEA Home Furnishing Supplier purchase of components and continuously improve our offer
-Build close business partnership with IKEA Home Furnishing Supplier/IKEA Purchasing
-Overall responsible to develop market activities for IKEA Home Furnishing Supplier with classification partners, prioritized and potential prioritized
-Set common goals and action plans together with IKEA Purchasing. Create network and secure common agenda with relevant internal stakeholders, in order to develop the business, maximise IKEA benefit and achieve our goals
-Lead the offer process based on the collected DNE from IKEA Home Furnishing Supplier
-Monitor competitors on the market to secure competitiveness
-Responsible to prepare and secure Sales agreement package
-Be an IKEA Component Ambassador
-Sales price set-up and communicate with Home furnishing Supplier.
-University graduate with 3 years of relevant work experience in an international company is preferred
-Fluent verbal and written English & Madarin
-Economic and Financial knowledge
-Knowledge about IKEA Components Price set-ups
-IKEA and IKEA Components Supply chain knowledge
-IKEA Components range knowledge in functionality, material
-IKEA range knowledge
-Passion in Home furnishing
-Customer in focus
-Have sense of urgency and simplicity
-Strong business drive and result oriented
