You can make decisions and that's a good thing. Because not making any decisions means standing still. Our 11 warehouse team leaders, for example, do not decide: what is good for my career. You decide: what's best for my team. And they always think about it: How can I help millions of people in this world to have a better everyday life? If you make the right decisions here, the deliveries will come almost by themselves. Admittedly, these are often pretty big decisions. In contrast, the decision to apply to IKEA is comparatively small. Join the team as the 12th team leader.
• You have leadership experience. • You want to work in logistics because this is where the future of retail is written. • You can form a strong team from people with their different strengths. • You are happy to be operationally active and to see every day that something is going on. • You have a good knowledge of MS Office, you are analytically gifted and you can speak English and German well.
